Help with Subjunctive, después de que vs después de

Hola a todos. I was studying a little on the Subjunctive, and from what I've learnt, Después de que always ends up with a conjugated subjunctive verb (correct me if i am wrong please!). I was watching a video between the Subjunctive and Indicative, and the guy said
(Subjunctive): Vamos a almorzar después de que termine la clase

but in the Indicative form he wrote : Siempre almorzamos después de que termina la clase.
Is this wrong? What is the difference between that and : Siempre almorzamos después de terminar la clase?

Any help would be much appreciated.
