I was trying to help my in-laws with their Comcast. As with many automated customer service robots, it said "press 1 for English and 2 for Spanish." I didn't press either and somehow I was routed to the Spanish automated service. I stayed calm and was able to navigate through the automated system understanding and answering all the questions in Spanish. I impressed my partner, my in-laws and am feeling pretty proud of myself. 2 years of Duolingo is paying off!
