‘Que’ before imperative verbs

I'd come across the following sentence, and am confused what the 'que' adds:

que pon el dinero en la mesa, ya !

If I were to remove the 'que,' it would mean '(to you, inf. singular) put the money on the table already'. What does it mean with the 'que' in the sentence? Thanks so much!
