Why are most “cell phone verbs” in the infinitive?

Very new to spanish, but this has tripped me up.

I switched my phone’s language to spanish, and I’m surprised to see many of the verb commands in the infinitive.

For example if I look at my alarm I have: Cambiar Cancelar Iniciar Configuar

I would (naively) expect these to be conjugated, maybe in the formal you, saying “you change”, “you cancel” etc. Cambia Cancela

Any reason or rule that the phone is following here?

Thank you!!
